Pancakes
Tami has made pancakes for all of us to eat for breakfast quite some time back.
I remember she has done it "easily"..
So...I became adventurous...and bought those "JUST ADD WATER" floury packet home to make pancakes.
Ok, the box says one packet can make 12 pancakes. Just add water ONLY..
So i just add water and stir stir and whisk whisk..machiam very steady like that.
After 30 seconds, the pancake turned chao tar...and fatfat says "AIYO...must throw lah"
Fatfat was standing at the side..at a safe distance...instructing me what to do with her theory..
But her theory works...Here are the important points to note for successful pancakes:
1) Fire cannot be too big like fry chicken those kind
2) Dun be ambitious and make such a big pancake until broken when turned over
3) Be patient...and dun turn over when still wet..
This one is fatfat make one. Got ice cream topping
This one is smallie make one. Topped with sweet sweet honey...like me..

I think they turn out well...it was after all our first try...i m no cook so definitely can't count on me...but i do sometimes watch cooking shows and people cooking and learn some theories...and that's about all i can offer...theories...so non practical, this fatfat!

pancakes look good to me ah....sorry that this advisor you turned happened to be in coma 4 at that time...aka....dreamland. Wah...but looks like mr & mrs fatfat very adventurous le...put ice-cream as topping...one day tami must try it out...maybe taste even better than the ones tami so call makes...heehee!!
